Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Kids Preschool Learning (ABC), which may appear on an installed device as Kids Preschool Learning Toy, Android package ID com.mhstudios.leds. The application is developed and published by M&H Studios ("we", "us", or "our").
The application is designed for children and provides preschool alphabet and everyday-item learning activities. It does not require an account and does not ask children to submit names, email addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, precise location, contacts, or payment information.
Information handled by the application
We do not operate a user-account system or a server that directly collects personal information from users of this application. Basic application settings and progress may be stored locally on the device. Local application data can be removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.
Advertising and third-party services
The application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC to display ads. Ads are configured for child-directed treatment, limited to content rated suitable for general audiences, and requested as non-personalised ads. The application does not request permission to access the Android Advertising ID.
When an ad is requested or displayed, Google Mobile Ads may automatically process limited device and usage information, including:
- Approximate location inferred from information such as an IP address;
- Application interactions, including ad views and interactions;
- Diagnostics, performance information, and crash-related information; and
- Device or other identifiers that do not include the Android Advertising ID.
This information may be collected by and shared with Google for displaying and measuring non-personalised advertising, analytics, service operation, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Children's privacy
This application is intended for a child audience. We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children. Advertising requests are marked for child-directed treatment and non-personalised advertising. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us using the details below so that we can investigate and delete any information under our control.
How information is used and shared
Information processed through Google Mobile Ads is used only for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information. We do not share user information with third parties other than the service provider identified in this policy, except when required by law, to protect users, or to maintain the security and integrity of the application.
Security
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to limit data handling and configure advertising appropriately for a child-directed application. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data retention and deletion
We do not maintain user accounts or retain personal information on our own servers. Locally stored application data remains on the device until it is cleared or the application is uninstalled. Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable retention policies. Parents and guardians may contact us with privacy or deletion questions concerning information under our control.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
